[Resolved]  Myntra.com — return rejected for no reason

I ordered a navy blue shirt on myntra but i got something different for what it was shown in image so i placed a return request, but my return was put on hold for no reason and they claim that i have used it or there is odour from the shirt, i received it on sunday and i immediately put a return request and was picked up next and now it shows it has been put on hold, i don't understand what kind of behavior is this from myntra, it makes no sense to me, one they send me different product for what it was shown and how can i use it and there can be odour from it?
