Hello,
I have ordered dress costing 2199 on 9th July with myntra which I received on 12th July .The dress didn't fit me so immediately I have raised return request and dress was picked two days later in the evening around 7 PM. On the same day I have received a message saying quality check failed and item would be re-shipped to me in 48 hours.
I called up call centre asking the reason for failure of quality check they mentioned product was used. But when mentioned that dress was not fitting to me how could I use it and also want evidence for false acquisitions like photo or other details they have no proof for same.
I politely requested for re-investigation, call centre employee mentioned that it could happen only after re-shipment today is 21st July I haven't received the product and call centre people don't respond properly.
I see its scam to sell products to customers, Someone help me ☹
