I was visiting India for 2 weeks and placed 2 orders worth more than 10K from Myntra for different items. A pair of flip flops that arrived slightly discoloured was returned because of the discolouration as well as a size issue. to my disappointment, Myntra rejected the return because of a quality issue which is the very reason I returned the product to them. I initiated the return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product is apparently being shipped back to me whereas I had told Myntra customer service when I spoke to them on 27 Oct that I will be travelling back and leaving India on 29 Oct. Was this information helpful? |
