My return request was rejected. I had only tried the trousers(Peter England Men Black Textured Formal Trousers) once which were not the right size for my waist and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provide any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as damaged/used. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "used" and "damaged". I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it is.
Also in addition to the refund and return, I would also like to escalate the inconvenience caused and unprofessionalism by the team.
Date of incident 6th October.
I also asked for a change of size but they didn't have the size available.
