I ordered a Roadster jacket from myntra. I received the product in one day but with a roadster tag and invoice only, there were no price tag.The size and quality of jacket was not goot fit for me.
I rasied a return request.
Next day delivery boy came to collect the product but he put it on hold saying price tag is missing. I raised an issue on muntra customer support and they gave me the deadline to resolve it within 3 days but after 3 days I got a text message that your return is rejected.
After this incident I call to customer care and told about this. Again they raise a re investigation request and gave me the deadline of 5 days. But again after 3 days I got a message that my return request is again declined.
And after contacting customet support again they are giving excuse that they don’t sell product without price tags.
Who’s fault is this? How can I attach a price tag with this which I didn’t received.
Do myntra scamming customers?
