Myntra.com — Return rejected product tag missing

I bought a roadster Jean from Myntra. The size ordered ended up by being too large. I di not even open it fully as it appeared too large. I returned the package the very next day. The delivery agent who came to pick up the package verified that tags were present and took the package.

The claim was immediately denied sighting tag was not present. How am I responsible for tag getting lost on their side. I returned in the pristine condition as delivered. However Myntra has failed to recognise a genuine fault on their side. They are shipping back the product to me. What do I do with such a large Jean. I have purchased so many products from Myntra.
