The complaint is regarding my recent order no.[protected]-2404701.
I ordered 2 pairs of kids’ shoe brands- YK, the shoes were small in size, and therefore I placed a return request the same day, i.e. on 29th November 2021.
Both items were picked up successfully the next day on 30th Nov 2021 (Picked up messages are attached), their delivery agent checked both the products thoroughly, everything was just as I received from them - Tags were intact, and there was not a single mark on the soles of the shoes.
I checked the status of my refund, and I was shocked to see the status of the products, stating the return was put on hold due to a dusk mark on the sole. How pathetic and liar their existing system is??
The following day I was informed via messages and email that the “return is rejected”. So now the question is, where are my products gone and where is my refund???
I repeatedly asked for my refund, product updates, and details about "damaged product", but no response. So instead, I was asked to wait till Dec 3rd 2021, for an update. But the issue was closed with no follow-up.
The current status is showing ‘’Return is Rejected.’’ I don’t know what they did to my returned shoes and if they’re on the way to the seller, where is my refund??
I MUST SAY MYNTRA IS NO MORE A SAFE SHOPPING PLATFORM FOR END CUSTOMERS – THEIR LOGISTICS SYSTEM, THEIR EXISTING APP, EVERYTHING IS PATHETIC!!!
