I ordered a product from Myntra on 17th December. Below mentioned are the product details.

Return for this product was raised on
Return executive checked the product and mentioned that a tag is missing.
I told him that all the tags which were received with the item are present.
He suggested that you need to check with the customer care regarding the same.
I followed up with myntra customer care and they mentioned that the return executive has mentioned that the product in damaged category.
Customercare executive told me that they will start an enquiry on this and will share the response in couple of days.

Again i called them in few days and they mentioned that as the product is damaged so you need to send a mail with pics of the item with all attached tags.
I sent a mail to [protected]@myntra.com on 2nd Jan with all images.
I called them again and still the response was same that the product is in damaged condition so it cannot be returned.
I requested them to send another return executive and get the item checked, they mentioned that it will not be possible.
