Invalid rejection of return as well as no way to get in touch to request verification of their decision.
I purchased a 'Ahika Red printed straight Kurta' which I tried on for a couple of minutes and chose to return due to poor fitting. I requested a reverse pickup, the courier inspected the item and the intact tags, then took the item. Later in the evening I noticed my return was on hold. On requesting details, I was told it was 'used'. Which is not true, since I didn't use it at all. Following which I requested additional verification like pictures or actual proof of inspection, to which I received no response and my query was resolved without communication with me. I'm also not being allowed to raise a new ticket for the same.
