I had bought a US Pollo Shirt (Order ID: # 1178129 [protected]). I received this on18th July evening, and when I opened the parcel, I realized it was a linen cloth and not a cotton one. I immediately raised a return request, and it was picked up by the boy on 19th July. He opened and checked the entire shirt for stains and if all tags were intact. He said it looks good, and went away.
Later after some time I got a message from Myntra that tags were missings and wuality check has failed as tags were missing! What the hell is this! Why would I remove the tags?
I didnt even open the shirt, it was done by the pickup boy to check.
