I ordered Adidas Originals Hoodie from myntra [Order ID #[protected]]. It didn't fit me well and the color also looked pale, so I placed a return request, but the claim got rejected saying it was used. I didn't even use it once. I returned it in the same condition that i received, with all the tags and everything. The delivery boy himself verified everything infront of me. But the claim was still rejected.
I tried to talk to the customer care executives several times but they didn't listen, they couldn't even give me a proper reason behind the rejection. All they said is, they investigated and right product was sent to me and I provided an used item. But I don't understand, how come my return got rejected when I provided whatever i received, how i received.
They said they reviewed all the footages and everything and I'm the one who's providing an used item. But what about the proofs that i have? Don't they sightly care about the customers?
Being a loyal customer from myntra, this is highly unexpected and dissapointing. I've been using myntra since 4 years and not even once I faced any kind of problem like this.
I tried to contact them on social media and tried get it solved, still it was rejected again and again. Now they are purposely ignoring me and not even listening trying to listen. For the past month I've lost my mental peace while trying to get a refund for this product.
The product is still packed as it was with all labels and everything. I didn't even open the pack and unfold it after it was re-delivered to me.
Now I can clearly say, all these complaints are true. Myntra is really cheating their customers. I will NEVER EVER order anything again from Myntra. I would suggest everyone reading this, it's better to order from some other site than myntra. Atleast you will not get harrased like me.
