After placing a return request for a wrong product delivered, no pick-up agent came and closed by return request saying 'customer happy with the product'. I called their customer care team multiple times with 2 escalations, but everyone their is just repeating the same thing like a puppet - that we have raised a complaint, kindly wait. And now when I'm trying to place the return request again, the app says the item cannot be returned.
