Myntra.com — Return request declined as price was missing from Myntra side

I received the product-black parka jacket by Chemistry without a price tag.
Myntra/seller falsely claim that the price tag was present.

I was refund for the item.

Please see, I have never had such issue with return.
A true Myntra loving customer.
I still have price tags of my previous orders but for this there wasn't any price tag.
I am not lying and hence I want to return this product.
