Myntra.com — Return request kept on hold for more than 30 days

I received a damaged product from Myntra. I placed a return request for the same on 25th November, 2022. It's been 33 days and the the return request is still on hold. I've contacted them numerous times through phone calls, chat and social media. I've shared every little detail they asked for. They are asking me to contact the brand which manufactured the product. They're simply saying that they can't do anything from their end. The product has a return policy but they're not approving my return request. They're not responding to my calls and they're marking my issue as resolved even when it's not. I've spent 2264 rupees on that product.
