Hi, i’d had never faced such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour with any other online site that i had experienced with myntra. I am a regular customer of this company but unfortunately your quality standards and customer towards responsibilities have been deteriorated. End of last month i had did a shopping on your website almost for 8k and in that i had orders one women pink and black hooded sweatshirt coat 1699, on receipt of the product i noticed it didn’t fit me so i placed an exchange request...in exchange you team had sent me a man sweater which is not at all worth of money and quality which i had spent. They sent me brown colour round neck sweater costed around 1499 product number rdstswsh00020485 and they packed it in a different transparent poly bag whose code didn’t match with the product bar code. I’d placed a return request as soon as i noticed that was not my product which i had requested but no one had came to my address to collect it though the return expected date as per the notification i received was 28th july.
Please note, this is my final note to your team, i need my money back and i’am also entitled for compensation against all the trouble i am going to reach out to your team from last few days. If not then i have to reach out to consumer grievances platform to get it resolve and the copy i will publish it on social and print media about your misconduct and cheating.
It was a pathetic service i’d ever expected to receive from myntra.
Please let me know when will you guys make the return process, for your reference i have attached the photo of what i have requested and what myntra and sent me in an exchange.
