I ordered loreal shampoo and i got the defected product. The cap of the bottle was damaged and the shampoo was leaking. So, i placed a return request and now i am getting the message on app as my return is been put on hold as quality check was failed. Seriously?? Why would i damaged the product. I have paid for the product and it's my right to get the proper exact product which i ordered not hte damange product and then putting the blame on me that i have damaged the product. Highly disappointed with Myntra service.
