I had ordered a dress (Brown & silver feather for women ) on 22 may 2022 from myntra. And received it in next day, When I got and tried the dress I found it too loose and of low quality, so I wanted to replace it with XS to see if that will be of good quality or fit but after waiting for few days it was still out of stock, so I decided to return it on 28 may 2022. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
When I clearly remember putting all tags with the dress, kinda seem like Myntra is unnecessarily raising issues to avoid refund!!!
. Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back!
