I had ordered two products from a saree and a lehenga. I did not like the stitch and design of the lehenga and i did not like the pattern of the saree, the blouse piece in the saree is of maroon color and the saree is of pink color which is total mismatch. I want to return both the products.
I had called customer care around 15 times and they say they had sent a proper product and cant take it back. I never said the product is damaged i am saying i did not like the product. I even attached clear photos of both the products to tell them the product is not damaged. They have declined my claim . I have been in contact with them from last 6 days.
