My return has been rejected even after having product was unused with proper packaging & price tag, all stuffs checked by delivery executive before pick up. Now when pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing, whereas i showed the tags and packet everything was intact at time of pickup, delivery guy checked the product in front of me, checked the tags seal and everything & approved in front of me, so where is the catch here? Why pickup is successful then?
Now @myntra is neither giving me resolution nor providing me refund. It's pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
