I ordered a item in myntra.cm and received on 14/06/2019. i am not satisfied with that product and i returned it. 17th jun 2019 agent was came for picked up the item but he was not returned back the order. he told some product code is missing in the tag so that he can't able to take back. The code is missing in the tag is there printing mistake not mine. i called customer support for myntra for this issue, customer support staff told to me the myntra app have contact option chat with up you can attached the tag photo but it was not opening, it shows agent is busy try after some times i tried lot of time but not getting...?
please take action for this.
