[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Returned Item rejected despite maintaining all tags and packaging

Ordered Here and Now Shirt from Myntra which was small in size for my 8 years old kid. My kid did not even try the shirt as we matched the size with his old shirt and realized it was small. The return was raised and the same happened on 7 Dec 2021. My return executive properly checked the items and tags and took the product in a good condition. Next day I received a message that my return is failed due to Quality check failure. I fail to understand that once the product has been checked by delivery guy and taken with him, how is the customer responsible for anything that has happened in the return transit process back to vendor.

I constantly followed up with Myntra customer care for the same after which they wrongly categorised my complain under " product received looks old and used'. They are closing my complain stating that the product received is new. My concern was never the quality of the product. The shirt was nice and in good condition and it was taken from me back in the same manner. The customer care representatives expected me to accept the reshipped item back, which I denied because all this marketing and selling gimmick just did not make any sense. Y should i accept a product when it was not even my fault on what happened during delivery.

The customer care never followed up with me. I tried explaining the whole situation everytime to atleast a dozen customer executives and one Senior executive Mr. Tarun, who was suppose to get back to me by 18th Dec. Height o[censored]nprofessional behavior and mismanagement got reflected, when they themselves had no idea on where exactly the product is. The same seems to be have been misplaced by them and they are putting the whole blame on customer and harassing me for it.

Now, i don't have the product and i don't even have my refund. Moreover, from almost a month, the company does not even concern to call the customer and try to understand the issue. This has been my most pathetic customer service experience. I urge someone to please help me resolve my concern or atleast guide me with suitable course of action.
