[Resolved] Myntra.com — returned product quality check failed for athena dress

I ordered and received Athena women blue floral fit and flare dress(XL) on 10Feb2020 and I placed a return request immediately on the same day .Since the size XL of the dress was small and XXL was not available so I had to return . I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product.The delivery executive came next day morning 11 am (11Feb2020) and he properly checked all tags and required details while picking up the dress. After that I received mail stating pick up was done successfully and then I got another email saying my return request was “ put on - hold” as it “failed to pass quality check”.
Then how is it possible that the product has failed the quality check? Why have you put the process on hold? Being a regular customer and an ardent follower of Myntra and being an Myntra Elite member I had returned the product as it was received. This is totally harassment. I have never faced such pathetic issue in other online sites.What if you had sent a defective product?? In past I had already received such defective product from Myntra which I had to return( eg. belt was missing in dress).Product which is small and doesn’t fit for that I will not do “quality check” before returning. I want my money back!!Stop duping and fooling regular customers like this.I want my refund. Else I will ensure not to buy anything in future and will ensure my know ones also don’t buy.

One of the escalation manager call me up and said sorry and told that the mistake was from Myntra side.Some communication error had happened between logistics team and other team. Finally they have released my refund amount. Myntra should be careful in such issues.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
