I have returned 2 products - campus men's shoes on 28 December 2019 and aasvaa semistitched lehenga choli on 4 January 2020 purchased from Myntra .The products were unused with tags attached. However I have not received the refund yet.I have complained regarding the same dozens of times via email and calls and now they have even stopped responding to my mails and calls
I am a loyal customer of Myntra but this time I am highly disappointed
I still hope that my issue will be resolved ASAP otherwise I will be forced to take the case to consumer court
