I ordered 8 things from myntra, prepaid via credit card. 4 of those products the very next day on my app started showing the status, 'returned to origin'. I got an email that it was due to an internal error. But when i looked up online this rto meant due to non avaialability of the buyer. I wasnt contacted and the parcel did not even reach my place and yet it was returned. This is disappointing, myntra is a huge platform, we order so much from them. But such a callous attitude is not a good sign. Apart from an email i wasnt even contacted by the seller, for further explaination. When you order, pay and wait for a parcel but it doesnt turn up and the company doesnt even bother to explain, its really pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
