Myntra customer care is not satisfactory at all and they don’t have any sense of ownership while resolving cases.
I have ordered two footwear from myntra and both of them are small to me, i had raised an exchange and return request (Since my size was not available) and mistakenly, i forgot to change the pickup address. I called customer care, they told me to refuse the order when i will get a message (Your order is expected to be picked up today) and then i'll receive a call from myntra asking about do you really want to return the product or not. Then i can inform them about the correct address, they will change the address for me and everything will get sorted.
Then, i followed the exact same procedure (Refuse the delivery boy) and waited for 24hours for the call but i didn't received any call from myntra.
The next day, i again received a message from courier service (Your order is expected to be picked up today), i again called the customer care, explained everything but they told me to follow the same steps again and wait for the call.
Also, as per their 30 days return policy, my product's 30 days are going to get over in few more days and till now i am not able to return my product.
