Today its been more then 10 days, still the refund of Rs. 1299/- is not not reverted to my original card from where payment was made. As stated earlier there will be an update by 25-Nov-2021, Today it is already - 25-Nov-2021.- still no update received on it, hence have to follow up. I fail to understand why the refund is not processed when the item is picked up on 13th November 2021 itself with all checks verified during the pickup... Please escalate this to highest level. Why should I wait for more 24-48 hours when the actual refund time of 7 days has passed apart from after raising a ticket it was mentioned that a definite update would be provided by 25-Nov.-21 and that too has passed... Again the same automated replies for the issue raised... I need a solution for the refund not credited back to my original card and it's been more then 13 days...Out for pickup: Your Just Wow Dresses is expected to be picked up today by our partner (Phone Number: [protected]; Pin: [protected] if prompted). Please keep it ready in an unsealed packet. - Team Myntra. This was the message received and then the item was picked up on 13th November 2021 with all checks done by the pickup agent... Still what more are you checking for refund to be processed...

I have not received my refund yet and the pickup of the product is done on 13th November 2021, by you pickup agent. It was said that I shall receive an update in next 24 hours where this commitment was made on 25th November. Today is already 28th November - 3 days passed for the commitment... No refund processed for last more then 15 Days... No proactive follow up to provide an update on why refund is not done... This is not acceptable and will now be posting this behavior of Myntra on Social Sites so people are aware about what's done by Myntra in terms of refunds not processed for Rs. 1299/- for the item picked up by the pickup agent... Pathetic service... It's been now 2 business days where you had mentioned that the amount will be credited and I am getting a call again stating to wait again for more time... This is not acceptable and I shall post this entire experience on all social handles so customer are aware on how Myntra is cheating them and not processing the refund. I need my money back and refunded to Original source (card) or as you mentioned there are technical issues that you faced while doing that, then credit the amount to Myntr credit... I have been asking to Escalate this since long, this show a clear mis management between different departments at Myntra and due to this why should the customer suffer... If you fail having one method applied for refund process, you should ideally have a failover plan to switch to another method... But Myntra does has any details about why transaction failed ??? I need clear details and will not be relying on these verbal fake commitments I need a resolution now with amount credited to my account now.

Again the same thing repeated which has been done since 23rd November a person stating is from escalation desk calling in for more time required. Really worst and Pathetic service provided by Myntra... This shows clear intentions of cheating with the customers and not refunding the money... Since 13th November the item is picked up and today it is alreday 20 days stil the amount is not refunded... Really not acceptable and check now all social handles for this ticket detials and they have no clue as to why the money is not refunded... No sync at all between any departments...
