SInce past more than 10 yeas, i am buying products from myntra. Today i wanted to delete my alternative myntra account but by mistake my MAIN myntra account got deleted.
I am an Elite member of myntra as it was shown in my myntra profile.
Before this mishap, one of my product got delivered, which size was up to the mark.
now when i called the customer care, they were not helping me to revive my account and i found them to be helpless.
to be honest, in every application, if you delete your account by mistake or by choice, they give you some time period to revive your account with out permanently deleting it.
there is no option in the app to revive it!.
Even if the guy was not able to revive my Elite member Myntra Account, then he should have atleast helped me in returning the product which came as a misfit.
i am deeply disappointed in myntra. Though being an Elite member, this is not the way to keep people helpless.
My money, my credit points in it etc all got wasted.
i just want my old account back, for which i am an Elite member in it, anyhow. Was this information helpful? |
