Myntra is one of the fraud company. I have raised a concern and they have been delaying it with out providing resolution for every 24 hours. I have created an account with incorrect mail id which has spelling mistake, myntra has accepted account and it allowed to purchase myntra credit of 5000 rs with out any verifying my mail id, now when i try to place order myntra is asking for otp which was sent to registered mail id. I called up cust2 care executive and informed them to skip otp part and allow me to buy products or send otp to mobile number, they informed that they don't have option to send otp to mobile number it seems, hence i informed to transfer credit to different account as i wanted to purchase items during sale, myntra cc informed that it will take 4 days to resolve issue. I was upset as sale completed by then, i said ill wait. Myntra customer care have been repeatedly failing in transferring my credits to other account.
I have been spending to literally daily 1 hour speaking to them explaining issue for every new customer care executive and need to express my pain. Everyday myntra guys inform give us 24 hours and again when i call again they say same wait for 24 hours.
I m mentally tired to get my own money back. I m really tired calling myntra
