I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra and paid online using my credit card,
Yesterday on 18th july 2019 i received a message that the order has been delivered but i didn't receive anything.
I contacted their customer service today, they said the product has been successfully delivered and i have signed it but in real i have not received it and they sent me an email as a proof of delivery and some signature which is not mine. What should i do now.
Please help me
