I ordered 'Harpa Women Mustard Yellow & White Printed Top' and I requested for exchange of same product with same size, which was not delivered to my home.
But I got a message that the product was delivered and my existing one was returned, when I am still having the existing item with me. I raised complaint with Myntra, and asked for exchange, but they are saying I cannot get the exchange but can only return the product. Also, they closed the query without hearing me out. They updated the status as if it was resolved, when it is not.
I do not understand why I cannot get the exchange of the product that I want. First, they even could not trace to which place they exactly delivered the product, but they are denying me the exchange. Even for returning the product also, they will not credit full money to bank account, some money they will credit to Myntra account directly without giving any option for user to choose.
I expect a resolution asap.
