I have ordered shoes on 15feb 2022 and raised multiple request for returning the product. Called sevral time to customer care and also tried my best to explain the product is unused. Then also they are rejecting my request over the call and not resolving my complaint. Reason they are giving is quality check failed. As per the discussion i have mailed them the images of the product and all the images clearly shows that the product is unused.
But their Pick up agent is giving false information that the product is used.
I really don't understand how only one person can reject the product, if he does soo then why there is no other process of quality check as per customer demand. I also told seniors of mytra to recheck the product I will do couirer but they dnied.
And on behalf of there pick up agent they have decided that the product is used.
What I can say here is they are trying to give me that product of Red Tape Forcefully (women beige air +walking shoes Size 5, price of purchase rs1979, cost of product 6599rs forcefully. )
This is really painfull that for returning my shoes i need to put immense efforts.
