We have order 2 items in the Myntra app. When we see that the terms are returnable within 10 days. We always thought that the return items will be picked by the Myntra only.
When we tried to return the item, they mentioned that "The location is not eligible for the pickup and we have to self return the items".
We called and asked the Customer support, they mentioned that the self return mentioned in the Item description.
The Item is eligible for 10 days to return in Big and self return some when in the bottom.
As you already have the customer pin code while ordering it, why don't you display/warn the customer saying that the item is not eligible for pickup and should be self-return. Was this information helpful? |
