I had ordered a black leather shoe from myntra (Lc2159 black) on 6th may, 2019 (Order no:[protected]-6171403). The shoe that was delivered to me was a wrong product and instead of lc2159 black they sent me something else lc 2335 tan. I had immediately launched a return request on 13th and it got approved and was scheduled for a pick up on 14th. But on 14th when the pick up boy came he denied to pick it up saying the product is different, strange, i said him that the product will be different as you have delivered me a wrong product. If you deliver me a wrong product you can't expect to take back what originally i had ordered, so he replied there is no mention of that by myntra executive or customer care. I immediately talked to the customer support, they assured me they will pick it up within a few days. After 1 day on 15th of may, 2019 i got a sms and a e-mail saying it will be picked up within 5 days, but since then almost 7 days has passed and no one from myntra has come for a pick up. On contacting their customer care they made me to wait for almost 10 to 15 mins and then give a new date for pick up again, they said now it will be picked up within 7 days. I asked why the ick up date being postponed again and again? Why the product was not picked up as scheduled? Why it was denied twice even after approval? Why i am waiting for almost 15 days for a return? I got no reply. And their customer care kept on repeating the same thing again and again. My question is why did you sent me a wrong product? And i[censored] hv sent so then why are u not taking it back and refunding my money as approved by you? And why are you postponing the pick up by putting dates after dates? I had requested a call back by myntra on this too, they show that they will call back within 2 to 3 mins but it has been 2 to 3 hours but no one has called back till now. So are you people playing some prank on your customer? By sending the wrong product, getting it approved for pick up, then by not picking it up, and giving dates after dates again. The screenshots attached here explains everything. Myntra promises easy return if requested by the customer, but now everyone should know how they harass their customer for a pick up. They talk so big on tv commercials and now see this is the reality.
