Myntra.com — serial code not matching

Address: Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. , AKR Tech Park - B Block , Krishna Reddy Industrial Area 7th Mile,Kudlu Gate , Bangalore, 560068

I had an order with order no:[protected]-0221101 from myntra.com and the product was not of good quality so i decided to return it and when delivery boy came he said that the serial code is not matching.
As this is not my fault why should i suffer, and the product is unused, unwashed and with all the tags intact then also i am not able to return the product.
Myntra you should provide the correct serial number so that product can be returned.
