I ordered a reebok shoe worth 5300. Received an old tattered adidas. Placed an order for return for pick up n the delivery agent collected it but since then I am told that my return has been cancelled and there has been no update even after speaking to 2 customer care

After I raised the complaint with the customer care no updates were made. I tried calling thr delivery agent but they did not pick my calls and later my number was closed
