I had purchased Skechers shoes from Myntra and it got delivered the next day as Myntra has launched express delivery. But due to fitting issues i.e. small size got delivered and I had put a return request. It was picked up the next day itself and the person who came for pickup was very rude with us. Then I got notification from Myntra that the pickup was successful. After a day I get a notification from Myntra that the return request has failed in quality check and the product will be reshipped. How can it fail in quality check when I haven't used the product as it doesn't even fit me?? Now what will I do about the product which doesn't even fit me??? The customer care number always says invalid when I tried reaching out multiple times. Such things are not expected from Myntra...
I want my refund back ASAP!!!

I got in touch with Myntra Help Center sharing photos of the product so later received call from Myntra customer care and explained everything that happened. There was re-investigation set up and today received notification that the refund is processed.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
