I had ordered for a pair of sneakers and the same was delivered on 25th February 2022. To my dismay I found the size of the shoes was too small and did not match the size I had ordered for. On 25th February 2022, I at once requested for an exchange for another product, but the exchange was denied (26th February 2022) citing outlandish reasons like small stain etc. when I had simply not even tried the shoes as I found it to be small. Myntra has to process the exchange at the earliest and ensure customer satisfaction and not harass the customer for their shortfalls, failing which customer confidence will go for a toss as nobody wants to waste hard-earned money on some online portal which gives them useless products and does not care about customer service.
