I recently bought a skullcandy earphones from myntra.com, those are not working and they have a warranty of 2 years. So i sent my earphones along with warranty claim form and invoice given by myntra.com to skullcandy service centre india and they told the product is different from its name mentioned in invoice and then i checked in google and skullcandy original website and i confirmed that the product name which is stated in myntra.com is different and i sent the screenshots and emails to myntra.com customer service but they didn't taken any action. Skullcandy service centre said it is not possible to replace the earphone as the name is different in invoice. Myntra.com is cheating people and i lost 1062 rupees because of it.
