Ordered an h&m women white solid fine knit cashmere jumper on 12th january 2020 and the order was received on 14th january 2020 and as the requested size was too small and received an m/p size instead of m regular size i had to return it back and put a return request and the return agent called the next day regarding the pickup as the pickup address was of office i told him to come by 3pm as my shift starts then and as said he came n took the return box and when checked i still not received any mail or message regarding the pickup being done so i called the agent and he told me that the message u will receive by evening but there was no message received and the next day got a mail in the morning that an agent would come pickup my order on 16th january 2020. As confused as my order was already picked u a day before i called to confirm the delivery agent whether he picked my order and he said yes and told me to call the myntra customer support and meanwhile i received a message and mail stating that my return request being put on hold as it did not pass their quality check process. I dont know what exactly are they taking about as the product was returned in the same way as it was delivered everything labelling and price labels everything intact. Even the product was to be gifted to my fiance in usa for her birthday so no one even tried the jumper and kept as such in the box. And when told the customer care about it they told me to wait till 20th january 2020 i dont understand why should someone wait so long as that for such a small problem created by myntra itself and then on 20th i called them back and talked to the customer carte guy and he requested for 24hrs to figure it out and the next day when called the same thing repeated but this time by one their senior manager and assured me in final 24 hrs they will do it and then called them next day and repeating the same #. So crazy customer care i never seen before amazon is far better than this. I can't believe how dumb people they keep and keeping the call on hold for 20-25 mins. I want to get this resolved or else i gonna post this in every consumer forum. I want my refund back.
