I had returned this item as the quality wasnt good and brand/price tags and cleaning cloth were missing. After returning the item, myntra said the quality check failed saying that tags are missing. I raised a complaint explaining that i can't take ownership of things i haven't received. After 100 of calls to customer care, they keep on repeating on emails that they can't refund as tags are missing. They just skip the reason that the tags were not shipped to me and simply replies that refund can't be done. When they shipped product back to me, i could see that the bar code and mrp tag is still there which is an proof of product authenticity. Moreover, when i spoke with one lady in customer service, the response i got was in an arrogant and irresponsible way. Moreover she disconnected the call saying she can't help me.. I have been insulted as well my the dirty behaviour of this lady... Never going to shop anymore with myntra.
Now they say that they shipped product to me with the tags and escaping out of this issue. It's been 24 days since i am suffering and loss of money is 4724.72 rs Was this information helpful? |
