I am registered and active user on Myntra.com.
They suspended my account without my permission and also cancelled my orders.
I have called to customer care but they disconnect after few minutes. I have tried 5 times in 30 minutes (I have recording too).
To activate my account they asked for Government proof (adhaar card/voter card, etc...).
Why Myntra need my government proof to activate account. I don't understand and it is irrelevant.
