I returned a jacket within the return policies of Myntra, they approved the request and collected the jacket. Then they updated on their app that they have processed the repayment, but they could not provide me with the transaction ID. Then on call they confirmed that the amount that’s was processed on 10/12/2021 was not processed by their bank and that they will be reprocessing the payment in the next ten days, I waited and since then, I have been on never ending calls with them where they only provide timelines and they have now stopped taking any calls altogether.
