Myntra.com — The Return product is accecpted but not taking as consideration

Address: Plot no:22, Near hanuman temple,sai nagar

As i bought a cap form H and M but the quality was very poor, I Kept return request and they accepted it, but no one is calling till now, and it happened since 6 days but no response from the Myntra . I am really fed up with there activities; this is very bad and they not even responded for our queries
