Myntra.com — There was no gift wrap in order

I sent a gift, and asked for a gift wrap. Myntra charged me extra for the gift wrap, but the gift wrap was not provided rather it was sent in a plastic cover. The message sent for the person was sent on A4 size paper and it was crumpled. Invoice was also sent with the gift. What kind of pathetic service is this?
