Since 2 months i had returned their product which they told me to do self shipping to one of their address but after that they are still not giving my money back, even i[censored] want i can send all those screen shots of couriers receipt and the money that got deducted from my account. Even i tried to reach their customers support services executive number and each time these agents are so rude and impolite even they don't have process knowledge and all the time they will give me irrelevant answers to my question and they will tell me to wait for 24 hours but my question is how long i have to wait as theirs waiting period is not ending from their end as now it had been 2 months. Now i am requesting to you guys who ever is reading my messages please get into this matter and help me get my money back, even i am an old customer of MYNTRA but still they don't care about their customers problem and now they had blocked my complaint number so that i can't reach to them n so that they will not give my money. Please i can't tolerate such harrasment by MYNTRA agents towards me. So now i request you to get into this this matter and help me to get my money back otherwise MYNTRA will remain only as a name with no brand n standard with ZERO customers satisfaction... Please help me and get back to me ASAP... Thank You
