I have order one ziva suit from myntraOrder ID # 1216861 [protected] and paid fully

But I have mistakenly ordered xl instead of Medium. They delivered XL on 13th October and I requested for medium one on same day then they delivered the same on 13th but the dupatta was damaged this time so I called myntra helpline and they told me to not raise a new request as they are looking into it. I did the same but then after waiting I requested for return on 18th october
Confirmed: Hi Raj Rani, your return request for Ziva Fashion Kurta Sets has been successfully placed. We expect to pick this up on or before Sun, 23 Oct. - Team Myntra.
But now they told me
We regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check.

I understand that you wished to return the product "Ziva Fashion Women Maroon Ethnic Motifs Embroidered Panelled Kurta with Palazzo & Dupatta" against order number[protected]-0046003, however, our style delivery agent could not pick up the product as it did not pass the quality check and was found to be defective.

To check if this happened during shipping, I looked into the details and see that this product was served from the fresh lot and there was no defect reported during the quality check. A damaged product becomes non-sellable for Myntra and since this was a fresh product, I regret to inform you that we would not be able to accept the request at this point.

So I returned the product

Then I checked today on 28th my return request is rejected and they have taken the item back too. I am now empty handed.
I should have requested for return first instead of taking help from myntra helpline as they have taken advantage of me
