I bought a product from Myntra Tokyo talkies black trousers which costed 521/- and since they were smaller to my fot I had to return them, when I returned the product i accidentally handed over a product which I bought from Ajio Kraus high rise black jeans which fit me properly and I was going to keep those. I accidentally handed this product, now the issue is somehow they have processed this product by scanning it multiple times in their delivery partner and their own system and none of these system alerted them that this product DOES NOT BELONG TO MYNTRA, they went and initiated the refund. It took me 2 days to realise that the Ajio product which I want to wear has been handed over to Myntra, when I initiated the complaint what had happened and asked to return my Kraus jeans and please pick TOKYO TALKIES PRODUCT WHICH ACTUALLY BELONGED TO THEM. They replied with the most underwhelming things saying "I understand your concern regarding wrong product pickedup.
I regret to inform you that the picked-up product does not belong to Myntra, so we are unable to take any requests."
I even offered to pay them back the refund amount so that once they return my product i will initiate another return request for Myntra product and once the right product is picked then they can refund me the original amount but even after writing to them multiple times they just copy paste the same response without actually doing a proper investigation on how their own system is deeply flawed which as costed me almost twice the amount of money, they keep closing the tickets and again copy paste the same thing hiding their own faults. Please help me get my original product back and return the useless product from Myntra. Enclosing the image from Myntra and ajio for reference.
