I have ordered a levis sweatshirt (Black) on myntra to gift someone. But i received a damaged product and it has a small hole on it. I notified the same to myntra customer care and asked them for return. They denied it saying that the quality check was done before dispatching the parcel and now they cannot resell the sweatshirt. I agree that the hole may not be clearly visible. But its their fault that they are not thoroughly checking the product before the dispatch. Now why should i get penalised with a damaged product while its a miss from their quality testing team.
Please do the needful. I want to return the product.

This product(levis black sweat shirt) was received on Dec 28th and I have intiated the return within 5 days.
