Myntra.com — unable to deliver when no delivery was attempted

I got message early morning specifying that delivery will be attempted today, and later in noon got a message saying myntra was unable to deliver. I called up the on the number mentioned in the message of delivery agent and he says no such delivery was scheduled for him for today.
Called up myntra care and they say it was declined from customer end. How is this possible if the delivery guy does not have it scheduled at the first place?
And tomorrow being sunday, i would not get my order at the myntra expected delivery date. Highly disappointing. The customer care also was not helpful at all and was only repeating that you will be updated on your email.
