Myntra.com — unable to exchange kurta even after cod

3 libas kurtas ordered were delivered on 11th april 2019 and the amount was paid via cod mode. But the products could not be marked as delivered with the codes and after few days they showed that they have been returned to origin. I have to exchange 1 kurta and i'm unable to do so. I complained 5 times about this to customer care executive. But no result.
